About Me

Hi, I’m Jacqueline Molina, a Fitness Specialist based in Orange County and the Inland Empire.

My mission is to help people build a strong, sustainable lifestyle that allows them to feel confident, perform at their best, and create lasting results without sacrificing their health or well-being in the process.

I believe true transformation starts from within. Fitness is not just about the end goal; it’s about the mindset, discipline, and habits you build along the way. Through my coaching, I help clients develop the structure, accountability, and confidence needed to stay consistent and reach their goals.

Change begins with your mind and your willingness to grow. My programs are designed to give you the tools, guidance, and support needed to create real progress both physically and mentally. When you build from the inside out, the external results follow naturally.

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is being able to play a role in someone’s growth and transformation. My goal is not only to help you improve physically, but to help you become someone who feels empowered by their own discipline, work ethic, and ability to level up in all areas of life.

Jacqueline Molina was born and raised in Southern California and spent much of her childhood traveling with her grandparents, which sparked her passion for travel and experiencing different cultures.

Her fitness journey began in 2014 while living abroad in Cabo San Lucas, where she discovered her passion for training and helping others through fitness. She landed her first training position with Moduvated, working with clients from around the world at luxury resorts throughout Baja California.

After returning to Southern California in 2019, Jacqueline began working at Equinox before eventually launching her own coaching business, JQ Athletics, where she continues helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable lifestyles through fitness and wellness.

She is a Certified Fitness Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), as well as a certified EXOS Fitness & Performance Specialist and FMT Mobility Specialist.
